World War III wiped out 80% of the human population. The great nations have fallen. People have formed tribal nations based on race and ethnicity to survive. The biological weapons of the Old Order killed the people but left much of the infrastructure of that age intact. Now a new war between the Ristas and the Soona has raged for decades as the two peoples battle to control the resources of what used to be the American Southwest. John Wallace, the great commander of the Soona's best army division, is public enemy number one in the Rista Federation. Trapped behind enemy lines and severely injured, Wallace is taken in by Maria; a young Rista woman who lives alone on a mountaintop. Having evaded capture and recovering from his wounds, he begins to learn not all is as it seems. Now questioning everything they thought they knew about their two peoples, John and Maria must uncover the conspiracy that has shaped the world around them before it costs them their lives.
Royal Hues of Blue Book One eBook Greg Gotti
A fantastic book that kept me engaged from the beginning. It is both a captivating look at what our future is going to look like if we continue down this political path of racial divide and a beautiful, pure love story with John, a top Captain with the Soona nation, and Maria, a spirited, independent Rista woman who saves him one fateful day. Though these two have been trained their entire life to fear one another, John and Maria dissolve those barriers and form an unbreakable bond that gets them through many obstacles. As their love grows, they begin to find out that there is more to their different nations than they have been told. As the truth unravels, so does the fate of their nations.Product details

Royal Hues of Blue Book One eBook Greg Gotti Reviews
Greg Gotti is an amazing author. This book was absolutely fantastic. It kept me engaged from beginning to end! He has such a way with words and a lot of the topics in the book can relate to society today. I am not one who reads very many books, however I found myself unable to put it down! I can't wait to see what other books he publishes in the near future.
Greg Gotti is a writer I will be watching for. I don't see any other works of his listed so I'll assume this is his first published book. He masterfully painted a word picture of a post WWIII society. The scary parts are the similarities and parallels with current events of today. I am looking forward to reading future books in this series.
This is a great read. Well written and very descriptive full characters with rich dialogue. From page one it grabs and pulls you into the story. Once I started reading it was hard to put the book down. Mr Gotti is master wordsmith, and I look forward to anything he should write in the future
This book had me not wanting to put it down after reading only the first page!! It's an extremely realistic view of what our world could very possibly end up like if this current path of destruction continues! I would love to see a few politicians read this as well! Maybe it will give them a bit of a wake up as to what the future very well may end up to be! This is definitely a MUST read!!
I enjoyed this book as soon as I started reading it. I wanted to keep reading and ignore anything I needed to do. Once you really get into reading this book you start to realize that if things don't change in our country that this could soon happen or very close to this. I also enjoyed the storyline of John and Maria and how two people realize that love can be stronger than the difference people think separate each other. I look forward to book 2.
Greg Gotti is a craftsman with the English language. He dives into some interesting topics in this book that are prevalent in today's society, specifically the overwhelming influence of media and how it can effect the common person. In this book, media is used to divide society into feuding factions, kind of similar to what we have going on today. I recommend this book to everyone, a soon-to-be contemporary classic!
There is almost too much truth in this book. The parallels to our current society are very accurate. The book was well-written and manages to keep the reader's interest. If I were teaching a college level political science course, I would make this book a part of the required reading. It is entertaining fiction, but it could easily be our future.
