Loved this story! It is short and sweet about 2 men who are so in love with each other but so afraid to ruin their friendship that they have been living in misery since they were teenagers. But once they get their acts together. Boy, do they make it right!! ;)
My only problem with this story is that it definitely needed to be LONGER!!!! I need more Cal and Troy!! <3<3<3

This short story was so sweet! I love a good friends to lovers story and this one did not disappoint. Just a beautifully sweet novella to bring a smile to your face. With a touch of steamy!
N.R Walker is an amazing story teller. Her stories stand apart from most other gay romances in that they are relatable and not one hundred percent fairytaleish.. Her characters are genuine and all of her pairs have such great chemistry. I totally enjoyed this story..didn't want it to end. Thanks girl..keep the stories coming..
Another fun, quick read from NR Walker. Her characters are always fully-developed, and she knows how to craft a great story that draws you in and makes the HEA all the better. Perfect Catch was a lovely story of two best friends taking the risk of making the first move... with the best result possible.
This book is sweet and adorable! It tells the story of two best friends coming to the realisation that what they have always wanted is right in front of them. As always NR Walker delivers with with characters that are real enough to be your best friend and her effortless writing style that paints a vivid picture in your mind. She never fails to have me hooked!

This really is a 4 or 5 star book, if you don't require much. No drama, no tension (other than sexual), no conniving exes, nothing. Supposedly all of their friends mutually decide to ditch the group outing, but you never see or hear from any of these friends except Cal's best friend, Peta. The entire story is this Troy & Cal have secretly been in love for a decade, they go camping, there's sexual tension, they have sex, they go home and have more sex. That's it. There is no excitement whatsoever, but if you don't need that, then you should have no problems.
This was perfect for what I needed, it was cute, and it was Hot. friends to lovers trope, and takes place while camping and fishing between two Aussie "tradies" in the Australian outback, and had a lot of "Aussie larikin" in its tone, blokin' around.
This is so Australian, it was pure gold for me filled with slang, bringing back memories. My American friends may have trouble though without translation. A Ute is a truck. A slab of Tooheys extra dry is beer (haha!), just to start.
This is only a sixty page short story, but it was just what I needed in between books to sort out my head space. I look forward to reading more books from this author!
New to me author. This is how you write a short story! I bought this is as a taster for this author’s writing because I’ve discovered some book series of hers I’d like to try but don’t want to start on a huge investment if her writing style is not for me.
All I can say is NR Walker, where have you been all my romance reading life? In a parallel universe, that’s where, writing MM romance. And how! My heart throbbed and squeezed for these two young men. Exquisite loving coming from exquisite writing. Thank you very much for the wonderful romantic experience. Such a beautifully written story. I’m hooked by the Australian language, slang, friendships, setting, lifestyle. I cannot wait to throw myself into a long adventure with NR Walker books.
